By accessing or using Tosh Cleaning Services LLC's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide professional cleaning services including residential, commercial, office, Airbnb turnover, post-construction, and specialty cleaning. Services are subject to availability in your area.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. Prices are based on property size, service type, and selected add-ons. Payment is collected after service completion unless otherwise agreed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full service amount.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will send a cleaner to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to the specific items listed on the cleaning checklist.
You are responsible for providing safe access to your property at the scheduled time. Our cleaners will not force entry. If access cannot be gained, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Tosh Cleaning Services LLC carries general liability insurance. We are responsible for damage caused by our cleaners during service. Please report any damage within 48 hours. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
