1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tosh Cleaning Services LLC's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide professional cleaning services including residential standard cleaning, deep cleaning, vacation rental (Airbnb) turnovers, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial & office cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and specialty services. Services are subject to availability in your area.

3. Pricing & Quotes

Pricing is based on property size (square footage), number of bedrooms and bathrooms, service type, and selected add-ons. Quotes provided through our website are estimates and may be adjusted based on on-site conditions.

Weekend surcharge: A 25% surcharge applies to services scheduled on Saturday or Sunday.

Urgency fee: Same-day or next-day bookings may include an urgency fee of up to 50% depending on availability.

Tax: An 8% service tax is applied to all orders.

Quote validity: Online quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

4. Tosh Rewards Loyalty Program

Customers on a recurring residential cleaning schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) automatically enroll in our Tosh Rewards program. Reward credits are earned based on completed cleanings:

  • Weekly schedule: 20% off the base service price every 5th completed cleaning
  • Bi-weekly schedule: 15% off the base service price every 5th completed cleaning
  • Monthly schedule: 10% off the base service price every 4th completed cleaning

Reward credits apply to the base service price only and do not apply to add-on services, taxes, or fees. Credits are calculated and applied automatically; no codes or sign-ups are required. Reward credits cannot be combined with promotional discount codes. The larger discount of the two will be applied.

One-time cleanings, fixed-price service packages, and move-in/move-out cleanings are not eligible for Tosh Rewards. Customers may cancel their recurring schedule at any time; unredeemed reward progress does not transfer to a different service type or schedule frequency.

Tosh Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to modify the Tosh Rewards program with reasonable notice to active recurring customers.

5. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment information is provided. Your card is not charged until the service is complete unless otherwise agreed for large or commercial jobs.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

24+ hours before appointment: Full refund. Free rescheduling.

Less than 24 hours before appointment: May incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

No-shows: Charged the full service amount. If our team arrives and cannot gain access to the property, the booking is treated as a no-show.

Recurring customers may skip an appointment with 24 hours' notice at no charge.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will send a cleaner to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to items listed on the cleaning checklist for your service. Our re-clean rate is under 1% across 10,000+ completed cleanings.

8. Property Access & Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe access to your property at the scheduled time. You may provide a key, lockbox code, garage code, or smart lock access. Our cleaners will not force entry.

For best results, we recommend clearing personal items and valuables from surfaces before our arrival. We are not responsible for items left in cleaning areas.

9. Liability & Insurance

Tosh Cleaning Services LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance covering damage caused by our cleaners during the course of service.

Please report any damage within 48 hours of service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to items not disclosed to our team prior to cleaning.

10. Our Team

Every team member passes a thorough background check, reference verification, and in-person training before entering any property. All cleaners are employees or vetted partners, not anonymous gig workers. We invest in fair pay, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.

11. Communications

By creating an account or booking a service, you consent to receive communications from us including: appointment reminders, booking confirmations, service updates, cancellation or rescheduling notices, and promotional offers.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. SMS message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS, HELP for help.

12. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Customers must be 18 years or older to book services.

13. Privacy & Data

We collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, and payment information to provide our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is retained for a maximum of 48 months after account termination. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
