Missouri City really is two markets. Quail Valley's 1970s and 1980s golf-course homes carry original tile, older bathrooms, and grout that has soaked up decades of Houston humidity, so they respond to targeted degreasing and scrub work rather than a quick pass. Sienna and Riverstone, on the other hand, are largely newer, big open-plan homes with modern finishes, game rooms, and multiple bathrooms that each need real attention.
